What You'll Do
- Coach 30-minute small-group (max 5 clients) and personal training sessions
- Deliver safe, high-energy, science-based strength workouts
- Build strong relationships and create an exceptional client experience
- Coach technique, motivate members, and celebrate progress
- Conduct consultations and help welcome new members
- Attend team meetings and continue developing your coaching skills
What We're Looking For
- Exercise Science degree or nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
- Experience with personal training or small group coaching
- Positive, energetic, and coachable
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for helping others succeed
Compensation & Benefits
- $23–$30/hour (base pay + performance commissions)
